If you look through my posts, you will notice there is a common topic that keeps coming up:  gluten-free foods/recipes.  I recently was instructed by my doctor to try the diet to help my stomach.  I haven’t been diagnosed anything, but have found that my stomach problems have greatly decreased when eating a gluten-free diet.

My boyfriend tells me “it doesn’t matter, you don’t need a diagnosis.  it’s working for you.”  So that’s the attitude I live with.  Maybe I have gluten intolerance, who knows?  Why change it if I feel better?  I have found that when you change something big like that diet,  you find yourself talking about it more.

I have also noticed myself trying to figure out how to cook things differently and being more creative with food in general.  So for me, it’s a choice–one that makes me feel better everyday!
